Starter

• Seared scallops with cauliflower puree, black grapes and toasted flaked almonds
• Stuffed baby squid with rocket and a chilli ponzu dressing
• Spinach and marinated feta filo parcels served warm with baby leaf salad, spiced tomato and red pepper chutney and toasted pine nuts
• Beef carpaccio with toasted brioche, rocket, parmesan and balsamic fig chutney

Main

• Slow roasted belly of pork with creamy, truffle infused mash, honey glazed roasted root veg, apple and thyme sauce and crackling
• Pancetta wrapped boned whole quail with a leek, apricot and rosemary stuffing, served on a potato rosti with salad and a creamy marsala jus
• Skate wing baked with chorizo, sauteed carrots, celery, baby onions and vine cherry tomatoes
• Stuffed Portobello mushroom with polenta and port gravy

Dessert

• Lemon posset topped with sparkling passion fruit jelly
• Chilli chocolate mousse cake with lime cream
