Charlie catered our wedding meal and a buffet lunch the day after and all of the food was absolutely incredible. Several guests mentioned that it was the best wedding food they had ever eaten. Charlie helped us create an amazing menu of sharing platters that felt really personal to us, including special touches calling back to memorable dishes we’d had on dates, and even incorporating our sourdough starter in the bread we served. Not only did Charlie tailor the menu perfectly to us, she also helped to make it cater to a range of dietary requirements including gluten and dairy free and vegan, providing delicious options for everyone. Charlie and her team were excellent help on the day as well. Vicki was an excellent coordinator, the bar staff made the most delicious cocktails and the waiting staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was so easy working with Charlie and her team, they were excellent both in the lead up and on the day and we couldn’t recommend working with Charlie enough!
